A Gold Medalist from the University of Rajasthan (1978) with an M.Sc. in Chemistry, he is the driving force behind the company’s continuous innovation and product excellence.
With a meticulous approach to formulation design and material performance, Mr. Gupta leads the New Product Development (NPD) and R&D initiatives, ensuring that every product developed at Bright Polymers meets the highest standards of adhesion, durability, and environmental compliance.
