Refund Policy

  1. AeonMed services are available on payment of certain monies that are specified for each service chosen. These payments, amounts of monies, modes of payments and other relevant terms are informed to clients and customers of these services.
  2. Payments are collected in both online and offline mode.
  3. If a client or a customer is not satisfied and decides to withdraw from any service offered by AeonMed, refund can be claimed.
  4. Refunds are admissible only when a service is not availed.
  5. Refund requests
    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payments made. Beyond this time refund requests cannot be considered.
    • Requests must be made by sending an email from the same email ID which was used to contact AeonMed for availing the impugned service.
  6. Each refund request is subject to approval by AeonMed.
  7. Once a refund request is accepted refund amount will be reverted to the customer’s account through the same method through which the original payment was made. Refunds will be realized within 7 working days after a refund request has been approved by AeonMed.
