Dr. (Col.) Rakesh Verma brings over 28 years of leadership in hospital planning, quality systems, and healthcare operations, built on his distinguished service in the Indian Army Medical Corps. An alumnus of AFMC Pune and AIIMS New Delhi, he has led the design of over 3.4 million sq. ft. of healthcare space across 70+ districts, and pioneered the Qa-aS© approach—an innovative model for building and sustaining quality management systems in healthcare institutions.
His expertise spans across hospital accreditation, policy consulting for health systems, and simulation-based learning. He is a recognized leader in healthcare quality, serving as an ISQua surveyor, chairing national accreditation committees, and mentoring future leaders as visiting faculty at IIM Jammu and Chitkara University. Dr. R. Chandrashekhar is India’s first Ph.D. in Medical Architecture and a globally respected expert in healthcare infrastructure. Former Chief Architect to the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, he has shaped the design of flagship institutions including AIIMS, Safdarjung Hospital, JIPMER, and 39+ medical colleges under PMSSY.
With decades of national and international consulting experience, he advises governments, multilateral agencies, and healthcare bodies on green buildings, BIM integration, and healthcare facility design. A recipient of multiple lifetime achievement awards, he continues to lead innovation in hospital design through academic, technical, and policy-driven contributions.
Col. (Dr.) A.K. Tiwari

Col. (Dr.) A.K. Tiwari brings over 40 years of experience in hospital administration, infrastructure planning, and medical education. A veteran of the Indian Armed Forces Medical Services, he has led major hospital planning and commissioning projects across India—including a 700-bed service hospital and multiple medical college establishments.
Post his military service, Dr. Tiwari has provided technical expertise in setting up fully functional medical institutions, from concept to commissioning. His deep involvement in MCI/NMC compliance processes, equipment planning, and faculty readiness has made him a trusted advisor for nationwide healthcare projects.

With 32 years of experience spanning various medical fields, Dr Sharad specializes in hospital management, healthcare quality, and patient safety. He had demonstrated expertise in overseeing clinical and administrative operations, guiding the development and execution of service unit plans and programs. Key skills include policy review and recommendations for clinical practices, establishing facilities, and ensuring smooth operations.
Dr Sharad is adept at coaching students through interactive discussions, promoting deeper learning. With strong communication, analytical, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities Dr Sharad specializes in training for patient counselling and protocol-based care management.
Dr. Neena Verma

Dr. Neena Verma is an accomplished pathologist and laboratory quality management expert with 23+ years in laboratory medicine and 35 years in healthcare. As Deputy Lab Head at Agilus Diagnostics, Fortis Hospital Noida, she oversees key diagnostic areas, ensures audit readiness, manages inventory, and mentors staff. An Subject Matter Expert in Hematology and Clinical Pathology, she is certified in Lab Quality Management and Internal Auditing (ISO 17025, 15189:2022), having led numerous labs to NABL accreditation.
A NABL assessor since 2018, Dr. Verma’s disciplined, practical approach guides labs in QMS design, accreditation, SOPs, and internal audits in line with ISO 15189:2022.
